I haven't put a post in forever! I did just get a comment on the site, so I guess it has inspired me that someone might actually be looking at this occasionally.
Anyway, I thought I'd post a couple pics from earlier this year.
This first one is a shot of a pedestrian bridge just outside the Flagstaff, AZ library. No big deal, right?
Well, I thought it was a pretty nice pic for being taken on my cell phone. This was taken in March while I was there on an interview. (Unfortunately, it didn't pan out.) It was gorgeous and sunny every day. It got very cold at night, but when the sun came out it was probably 50-60 degrees and very comfortable. Such a beautiful place.
The second pic here is also from my camera in my cell phone. Not the best resolution, but I do believe that you get the sense of beauty readily available off the highway heading north out of Anchorage, AK. I was there for a week in May attempting to get a job. It was an intense week with lots of good microbrew beer, excellent fish to eat and so much scenery. In the end, the money wasn't there. Something will hit eventually.
